Lining material: Typically made from glass fiber felt or resin-impregnated hoses, it must be pre-fabricated in the factory and vacuum-treated to ensure a perfect fit.

1. Lining material: Typically, glass fiber mats or hoses are impregnated with resin and must be pre-fabricated in the factory, followed by vacuum treatment to ensure a perfect fit.
2. Curing Method

  • Hot-water curing: Harden the resin by circulating hot water, ensuring the temperature is kept below 80°C to prevent material degradation.
  • Steam curing: Utilizes rapid heat transfer via steam to initiate resin polymerization, making it suitable for pipelines with complex structures.
  • UV Curing: This process initiates a polymerization reaction in the resin when exposed to ultraviolet light, completing curing within just a few minutes. It’s environmentally friendly and energy-efficient.
